In this 2.5 hour workshop we will learn why having these foods in your diet is so important and many other benefits of ferments. This will be hands on as we each make our own jars of lacto-ferments using a salt brine method and a sauerkraut method to take home. There will be time for questions and we can go through troubleshooting when things don’t go so well. This workshop is great for beginners or those who have some experience with fermenting foods. It is suggested to bring something to take notes with.
